About Us
We protect people and native wildlife from the noise and vibration emissions of projects, contributing to sustainable development in Chile.
An acoustic engineering firm, since 2010
We are an engineering firm founded in 2010, specialised in effective solutions to control environmental noise and vibration emissions from industry, wind farms and electrical substations, among others, protecting the health of people and native wildlife.
We are based in Puerto Montt, Los Lagos Region, and work on projects across Chile and South America.
We help write part of the rules by which noise is assessed in Chile
Chile’s Ministry of the Environment (MMA) commissioned us to compile the background information for the revision of D.S. N°38/11 (2019-2020), the noise emission standard that governed the country for more than a decade and is now being replaced by D.S. N°14/2024.
Before that, between 2017 and 2018, we carried out the acoustic characterisation of wind farms for the MMA: the first technical study of wind farm noise in South America. And between 2025 and 2026, the background information for developing the protocol for measuring and assessing wind farm noise levels.
It is an uncommon position: the methodology used to assess acoustic projects in Chile is one we helped write, through the compilation of background information and recommendations.
We stand behind our work to the end
We support the response to the environmental authority’s (SEA) observations on the acoustic component of your project through to resolution.
