When is this assessment carried out?

What happens if I receive a notification from the SMA?
We can prepare the technical support needed to respond to the enforcement proceeding within the deadline the SMA has given you.
How is this different from a regular noise measurement?
The measurement is carried out using the specific methodology of D.S. No. 38/11 and is compared against the maximum permissible levels based on the receptor’s land use, not against a generic standard.
Does D.S. No. 14/2024 change this assessment?
Once in effect, it will gradually replace D.S. No. 38/11; we will apply whichever methodology corresponds to the date of your assessment.
